Clothing and equipment tips

Here are some great tips on how to dress during our expeditions and tours. Note that these are only tips and good advice and no recipe on how to survive extreme weather conditions in extreme environments.

Winter clothing

1st Wool underwear of good quality is recommended during the winter tours. During the site will keep you warm, wick away moisture, iron it is humid and dry quickly. Moreover, wool underwear is more odorless than the synthetic sites. Thin wool socks are the only right sock to use as the first foot positions.

2nd As a second layer works excellent fleece, also set in wool works well. Use thick socks so clean wool material as possible.

8th Camp shoes are preferred, especially during trips with tents. A few light shells with ullfiltinnersko is really nice for a change of boots or shoes.
